These terms cover both this website and the handyman and property maintenance services provided by All Maintenance and Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or requesting a quote, you're agreeing to the points below. As with our Privacy Policy, this is written in plain language — call or email us if anything needs clarifying.
Any price, timeline, or scope discussed by phone, text, or through the website's quote form is an estimate based on the information provided at that time. Final pricing and scope are confirmed once we've seen the job in person, since actual conditions on site (hidden damage, material availability, access, etc.) can change what's needed. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties agree to the final scope and price.
We'll do our best to work within the timeline discussed when a job is booked. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
You're responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the work area, including securing pets and clearing the space of obstacles where practical. We'll take reasonable care while working on your property, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions unrelated to the work performed.
Payment terms (amount, method, and timing) are agreed to directly between us at the time a job is booked or completed. Specific arrangements — deposits, payment on completion, etc. — will be communicated clearly before work begins.
If payment isn't made according to the terms agreed to for a job, we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available under South Dakota law to recover the amount owed, which may include mechanic's lien rights against the property, collections, small claims court, or other civil action, in addition to any late fees or interest disclosed in advance for that job.
We perform work to a professional standard consistent with common trade practice. Materials and products we install may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are separate from and in addition to any warranty on our labor. Beyond what's required by South Dakota law, we don't offer other express warranties unless specifically agreed to in writing for a particular job.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the cost of the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for pre-existing conditions discovered or disclosed during a job. This limitation does not affect our right to pursue legal action for non-payment as described above.
The content on this site — including service descriptions, project photos, and pricing information mentioned generally — is provided for informational purposes and doesn't itself constitute a binding offer or contract. Submitting the Quote or Contact forms is a request for us to reach out; it does not confirm a booking on its own. Information submitted through those forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The text, logo, and project photos on this website belong to All Maintenance and Services LLC unless otherwise noted, and shouldn't be reused without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update this page from time to time as the business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
